This summer the garden has decided that it only gives zucchini, so you have to manage to get it out, so suggestions are accepted, all the recipes come in handy.
This cake I have done it several times, some with tuna and others without it, very rich in both ways.
3 grated zucchini (900 g.)
100 g. of grated cheese
1 tablespoon of oregano
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
50 g. of bread crumbs
We wash and grate the zucchini, we put a little salt and leave 25 minutes to release the water.
We beat the eggs with salt, we add 50 g. of grated cheese, garlic powder, bread crumbs and oregano, add the grated zucchini very well drained. We mix all the ingredients very well and place them in a mold, I used a rectangular one.
We take it to the oven preheated to 190 ° and let it cook for 40 minutes.
We can eat it cold or hot, at home tasted more cold.
If we put tuna in canned food, it's even richer.
In this case I have put grated vegan cheese and gluten-free bread to eat it all.
