Meringue milk of cashew nuts
I've been making vegetable milk for a long time because the ones I bought have almost all of the added sugar.
I'm trying some mixed nuts but one of the ones I like the most is the cashew nuts, this one flavored with cinnamon and lemon has enchanted me.
Another day I will show you the spreadable cheese I make with the pulp of the cashew nuts.
Meringue Cashew Milk
200 g. of raw cashews
1 liter of water
65 g. of agave syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Grated lemon 1
We put the cashew nuts in water and leave them overnight.
The next morning, we drain the cashews and we crush them together with the liter of water, cinnamon and grated 1 lemon.
We filter and sweeten with the agave syrup or the sweetener that we like the most.
We leave it in the refrigerator so that it becomes very fresh.
To filter it we can use a gauze or bag for vegetable milk , but if you do it habitually I would recommend Chufamix, it is very clean and comfortable, I have it for over a year and a half and I use it a lot.
