Cheese cream with passion fruit
Taking advantage of some tropical fruits, including passion fruit, I have prepared a cream cheese (without cheese), without dairy, without sugar .... Come on, no na.
In five minutes we have a very rich dessert, I hope you like it.
Cheese cream with passion fruit
200 g. of cream cheese (any type cream cheese)
100 g.of soya cream for cooking (cream to mount)
20 g.of crystallized agave syrup (sugar or the sweetener of your choice)
100 g of passion fruit pulp
We beat the cheese with the cream and the agave syrup, when it is well blended and creamy, we put it in glasses, bowls, or whatever we want, and put on top the passion fruit pulp.
The contrast between sweet and passion fruit acid, for me, is delicious.
