Flan of condensed milk
A small tin of condensed milk (370 grs. )
4 eggs
1/2 liter of water
A cinnamon stick
The skin of a lemon
Liquid caramel
In a saucepan to the fire, we put the milk condensed, water, cinnamon stick and lemon peel. Let it heat well but do not boil.Apagamos the fire and let it temper a little.
In a bowl beat the eggs and we add a little little by little the milk already washed, without stopping to beat.
We pour in a caramelized and covered flanera and we cook in the bain-marie in the oven preheated to 190º, during 50-60 minutes. Let cool before unmolding.
